Easy Beef Bracciole (Experimental cookery)

I just stuffed myself and my husband silly with these. Be warned, they’re VERY heavy. Back in NY, you’d buy these premade at the local italian butcher. Here in Hamilton I’ve not the faintest idea where they could be found, so I decided to try doing them up myself. It still needs some work, and the pesto sauce I used wasnt terribly flavorful, but it did the job. This is not as hard as it might sound, took me all of maybe 15 minutes to put them together.
